Working with the Issroff Family Foundation for more than twelve years, Gabriele orchestrates strategic collaborations in order to strengthen community-based organizations and the personal capacity of rising leaders. As Associate Director, she leverages her experience in events planning, program management, and community building as she brings people together to listen, share stories, connect, and learn from one another. She believes fiercely in the power of people and connection. In addition to working closely with CLI Partners and Alumni, Gabriele oversees the Foundation's WeareWISE, Community Conversation, and Board Training programs. She is also responsible for planning events, trainings, and experiences for the Foundation, both in-person and virtual.

Prior to her current role, she trained as a chef in South Africa; had a catering company; worked in several restaurants in the United States; and did event planning. Gabriele holds a degree from Hampshire College. She currently lives in Brooklyn with her husband and two daughters.
