Talia Women's Network is committed to building communities where women and girls lead confident, morally grounded, and economically empowered lives. Guided by Christian values of compassion, dignity, effectiveness, innovation, and integrity, Talia delivers programs across three areas: education and leadership development, economic empowerment and livelihoods, and sexual reproductive health and rights. Its mission is to empower women and girls with life skills to harness economic and social opportunities, inspiring transformation in their lives and communities. Talia envisions a future where women and girls are equipped, supported, and positioned to lead meaningful change.

Saliwe Mutetwa is a seasoned development practitioner and Founding Director of Talia Women's Network, leading programs that empower women, girls and communities through education, economic inclusion and improved health. With over fifteen years of experience, she brings strong expertise in strategic leadership, gender equity and community-based programming. She has managed major donor-funded initiatives, strengthened multi-country partnerships and championed impactful grassroots solutions. A recipient of the Katherine Fleming International Development Award, Saliwe is driven by a commitment to fostering dignity, opportunity and sustainable livelihoods, ensuring women and girls are equipped to thrive and realise their full potential.
