MCOC delivers structured, evidence-based programs spanning tutoring, literacy and numeracy development, academic enrichment, digital inclusion, and career readiness, while integrating psychosocial support to remove barriers to learning. Nkosinathi is an operations and programme development professional with experience in education, youth development, and community-focused initiatives. He has supported organisations through practical project management, financial planning, and clear operational systems. Nkosinathi has developed curriculums, built MEL processes, and coordinated programmes across ECD centres, schools, and community spaces. He works closely with a range of stakeholders, including funders, implementing partners, community structures, and internal teams, to ensure programmes run smoothly and meet their goals.
