MCOC delivers structured, evidence-based programs spanning tutoring, literacy and numeracy development, academic enrichment, digital inclusion, and career readiness, while integrating psychosocial support to remove barriers to learning. Through strong community engagement, accountable governance, and strategic partnerships, MCOC works to create safe, supportive learning environments where every learner can thrive. With experience in nonprofit operations, training facilitation, and organisational development, he focuses on creating inclusive environments where young people can thrive. Prince has contributed to building strong internship pathways, developing practical educational resources, and strengthening policy frameworks for community organisations. His work blends strategic planning, hands-on mentorship, and a passion for social impact. Driven by integrity and service, Prince continues to champion opportunities that uplift communities and promote long-term growth.

Nkosinathi Samson Radebe

Nkosinathi is an operations and programme development professional with experience in education, youth development, and community-focused initiatives. He has supported organisations through practical project management, financial planning, and clear operational systems. Nkosinathi has developed curriculums, built MEL processes, and coordinated programmes across ECD centres, schools, and community spaces. He works closely with a range of stakeholders, including funders, implementing partners, community structures, and internal teams, to ensure programmes run smoothly and meet their goals. His approach is grounded, collaborative, and focused on improving service delivery and strengthening organisations to better support the communities they serve.
