MATCH Foundation is a Malawian non-profit organization dedicated to empowering less-privileged children and youth through education, empowerment, and sports. Established in 2020, the foundation provides a safe, inclusive space for young people to unlock their talents, build resilience, and pursue academic success. Through play- and project-based learning, life skills mentorship, and training in arts and sports, MATCH equips youth with the skills needed for healthy, self-determined lives. Its mission is to promote and improve skills development and welfare for youth at the grassroots level, building confidence and opportunity from the ground up.

Tadala Kandulu Ngosi is the Founder and Executive Director of MATCH Foundation in Malawi, championing Sustainable Development Goals through transformative educational and sports approaches. A recipient of the national youth SDG awards and National Youth Impact and Leadership awards, Tadala is a passionate change-maker, who champions education transform for rural education and vulnerable children. Tadala is also Malawi’s 5-time National tennis champion. Sports led her to witness world-class education and sports infrastructure through her scholarship to study and play tennis in the United States. She was inspired by her own experience growing up in poverty to create opportunities for others.
