Love Driven Ministries is a nonprofit organization working to empower children and youth living in poverty-stricken and isolated villages in Salima, Malawi. The organization reaches children and youth, raises them as leaders, and invests in community restoration by inspiring participants to be active, strategic, and servant leaders. Programs focus on supplementary education, youth empowerment and on-the-job training, affordable secondary education, and leadership development. Love Driven Ministries believes that investing in young people creates a multiplier effect—empowering individuals who, in turn, give back to and strengthen their communities.

Ishmael is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Love Driven Ministries, a for-purpose Christian organization that strives to provide quality and affordable education to children and youths in rural communities in Salima, Malawi. Driven by his childhood experience as a street kid in the city of Lilongwe, Ishmael’s goal in life is to create communities where neglected children are given opportunities to excel and become responsible citizens in their communities and Malawi at large. Ishmael holds a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from African Bible College, Malawi campus and a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Eastern University, Pennsylvania, United States of America.
