Lapid Leaders Africa builds the infrastructure for purpose-driven leadership across Kenya and Africa. Over more than 11 years, the organization has supported more than 1,600 young leaders to secure dignified work, accelerate careers, launch ventures, and strengthen institutions. Through leadership pathways, capacity-building programs, and ecosystem convenings, Lapid equips youth, mid-career, and senior professionals with the clarity, courage, and discipline to become architects of change. Its vision is a continent led by individuals who design systems that create dignity, opportunity, and long-term societal resilience—developing leaders who transform systems, not just succeed within them.
