Patience is the executive director and founder of Ladder to Learning, an organization dedicated to improving the educational experiences and outcomes of students, particularly in under-resourced communities. Her passion for this cause stems from her personal journey of a transformative education, which not only uncovered her creative talents but also instilled in her a deep love for community service from an early age. Recognizing the disparity in learning opportunities, especially in public schools, she resolved to bridge this gap and give back to her community by working to give other children an experience like her own —a dream that ultimately materialized in the establishment of Ladder to Learning.
Patience is an honorary Rotarian, Social Impact Incubator Rising Star awardee and a past member of the Youth Core Advisory Panel for the national vision, Malawi 2063. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Communication, another in Marketing and an MBA.
