Glasser South Africa is the national affiliate of William Glasser International, advancing Choice Theory, Reality Therapy, and Lead Management across sectors. The organization provides certified training, professional development, and organizational consulting that strengthen wellbeing, leadership, and relationships. Working with schools, government, and non-profit partners, Glasser South Africa equips individuals and teams with practical tools for self-responsibility, effective decision-making, and creating need-satisfying environments. Its mission is to empower communities through internal control psychology, supporting meaningful personal growth and sustainable organizational change.

Denzyl Witbooi is a development consultant and leader with experience in education, organizational development, and strategy within the public and non-profit sectors. He currently serves as Executive Director of William Glasser International and Director of Glasser South Africa, where he leads global strategy, partnerships, financial stewardship, and organisational growth. With an MBA and formal training in Choice Theory, Reality Therapy, and Lead Management, Denzyl brings expertise in leadership development, capacity building, and change management. His career spans roles as principal, provincial official, trainer, and consultant, driving impactful programmes in schools, government departments, and community organisations.
