Judith Dembetembe is a visionary leader and a fervent advocate for girls’ empowerment. As the Director of The Girls’ Legacy (TGL), she has devoted her career to creating meaningful opportunities for girls and young women in Zimbabwe. Founded in 2012, TGL focuses on education, personal development, and leadership skills, ensuring that girls not only survive but thrive, effecting positive change within their communities.

Beyond her pivotal role at TGL, Judith wears another hat—one of a dynamic entrepreneur. Driven by a vision to address real-world challenges, she founded Tinga Farm, specializing in poultry production for both meat and eggs. Her farm exemplifies innovation, efficiency, and sustainable practices.

Judith’s leadership style is characterized by creativity, resilience, and adaptability. She seamlessly transitions between empowering girls through education and driving growth in the agricultural sector. Her background in education and psychology provides a unique lens through which she approaches both endeavors.
