Community Hands Foundation (CHF) is a youth-led organization committed to building prosperous, inclusive, and resilient communities across Tanzania. CHF empowers young people through programs in digital entrepreneurship, leadership development, health, education, climate change adaptation, and social protection. Through innovative initiatives, strategic partnerships, and community-centered approaches, CHF works to uplift marginalized groups, strengthen civic engagement, and promote equitable access to economic and social opportunities for all Tanzanians. Its vision is a society free from discrimination, where youth are equipped with the skills, resources, and opportunities needed to drive sustainable community transformation.

Paul Makoe is a dedicated youth leader and youth development activist with strong experience in community engagement and social impact initiatives. He holds a Master’s degree in Project Planning and Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Procurement and Logistics). Paul currently leads programs at Community Hands Foundation (CHF), where he focuses on youth leadership, climate change adaptation, entrepreneurship, and digital skills development. He also passionate about creating inclusive opportunities for young people, and he works to advance sustainable development and empower communities across Tanzania.
