Gcina Warabile Mhlanga is a Zimbabwean arts administrator, cultural strategist, and development practitioner currently serving as Director of Amakhosi Foundation Trust in Bulawayo. She uses her background in Development Studies to leverage arts and culture as tools for education, inclusion, and community transformation. Her work focuses on access, sustainability, and governance in the creative sector, with a particular emphasis on education and reducing inequalities. Gcina is passionate about building resilient, collaborative arts ecosystems that empower creatives and intergrate African narratives into policy frameworks and global platforms.
