Ujima Foundation for Training & Development is a training institute that works to empower orphaned youngsters so that they can get a job and support themselves and the children under their care. These youths are trained on employability, entrepreneurship and hospitality and are linked with the job market for internships and jobs. They thus become role models to their siblings and the community hence undoubtedly convey the message that Ujima is trying to spread: “best support is self-support”
