Allen Kendunga is the founder and CEO of Talent Match, Inc--a social venture that is working to close the skills gap and reduce youth unemployment among Rwandan youth through career development programs and entrepreneurship. She is passionate about leveraging cutting-edge technologies to develop human capacity, education and build sustainable economies. She aspires to scale her venture to address issues such as access to quality education and creating job opportunities for youth across Rwanda.Allen has worked in the field of Artificial Intelligence and transportation where she helped create and tell stories that empowered organizations, communities and individuals to use sophisticated technologies to improve lives. She also serves as the Fellow Lead for The Resolution Project Kigali Hub.Allen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Economy from Bates College in the United States.
