Rose’s broad experience and expertise in developing strategies, designing, and implementing programs for different community groups has enabled her to work with community and faith-based organizations.With a background in Finance and banking, management, and youth leadership, she is leading Nafisika Trust to reach both inmates and prison officers and providing in skill training and capacity building to enable rehabilitation and reintegration through livelihoods programs. Nafisika Trust focus areas are: Emotional Intelligence, Personal Development, Communication, Business and Entrepreneurship, Digital and Economic Empowerment.
