John Paul Nsanja is the Executive and Founding Director of Implicit Effect--a young, learning, and growing charity organization in Uganda, that is both women- and youth-lead. He is a dedicated Monitoring and Evaluation Professional and Social Worker. His passion for charity is deeply rooted within his DNA as a person. This was however further grown by his work experience lived within and among vulnerable women, youth and children while at work in the community and among different NGOs. He seeks to grow an organization that holistically fosters maximum community impact; an organization that is also the first place of employment and learning for young men and women fresh from school. He is passionate about Cooperate Governance and sustainability for himself and others. He is a master’s student of Management Studies at the Uganda Management Institute, Holds PGDME, BPHI and a Diploma in Social and Philosophical studies. He is a young and growing writer with 1 co-authored article in the area of sexual health.
