Global Leading Light Initiatives (GLLI) is a non-profit organization that works within historically disadvantaged communities in South Africa to create opportunities to end poverty through safe technology adoption and entrepreneurship development. GLLI provides STEM education, specialized training, expert coaching, mentorship, investment readiness, and facilitating access to crucial investments.

Dieudonné is a strong advocate of grassroots technology innovation and entrepreneurship. He founded Global Leading Light Initiatives (GLLI), a nonprofit organization working with teachers, students, parents, and unemployed youths to co-create and refine the current grassroots tech innovation model.Beyond GLLI, Dieudonné is a teacher with over nine years of teaching in rural South Africa. He has also been a Global Scholar Educator at the African Leadership Academy, where he taught entrepreneurial leadership to teenagers from different parts of Africa. He is also a yoga and mindfulness coach and offers trauma-informed self-awareness support to youths.Dieudonné has participated in the Yale/FPD Advanced Health Management program and has been a fellow of three other impact leadership programs - Red Bull Amaphiko Academy (now Further Impact), Goldin Institute, and StartingBloc Fellowship. He was also a Member of the Selections Committee of the United Nations Solutions Summit in 2018 and 2019 and a semi-finalist of the Echoing Green Fellowship in 2018, 2019, and 2020.
