Hadijah Nankanja

Hadijah Nankanja is the founder of Community Women Enterprise Network Uganda Limited, a business resource space for women entrepreneurs across all sectors that provides business information, technical support for members to reach greater markets, create growing revenues and promote their businesses with more focus and clarity. She believes in reinforcing the capacity of high-potential, low-income entrepreneurs to become more productive and gain larger market shares in leading local and regional markets.With over a decade of experience working on development initiatives, Nankanja is a volunteer board member at Trade and Impact for Women-led Enterprises and board secretary of Tusome Children’s resource centre. She holds a bachelor’s degree in entrepreneurship and small business management from Makerere University Business School. She is a Rotarian of RC Kampala Naalya in Uganda.

Fathila Nanozi

Fathila is a dynamic professional with a Bachelor's degree in Business Education and a robust skill set in project management. Her journey across both public and private sectors has been marked by significant achievements. She has excelled in roles at the Economic Policy Research Centre, Ark International, and Formulations Technologies Inc, demonstrating proficiency in handling diverse qualitative and quantitative data projects.Currently, as the Head of Programs at the Community Women’s Enterprise Network, Fathila focuses on project management, leading program development, and implementation. Simultaneously, in her role as the Service Projects Director at the Rotary Club of Kampala Naalya and as a devoted volunteer with Bandera Farmers Network International, she coordinates a school program within the organization. Fathila is passionate about creating tangible solutions to pressing challenges and believes in offering enduring value and staying relevant to make meaningful contributions to the communities.
